We sign a written agreement covering scope, cost, and timeline. Work begins once the first deposit is paid.

Build & Updates

Work proceeds in stages. You receive photo and video updates at each milestone, tied to the agreed payment schedule.

Handover

Final walkthrough, snag list cleared, and keys handed over — clean, complete, and matching what was agreed.

How do I know my money is safe? +

Every job starts with a written agreement outlining cost, scope, and a staged payment schedule tied to milestones — you never pay the full amount upfront, and each stage is documented before the next payment is due.

How will I see progress if I'm not in Ghana? +

You'll receive photo and video updates at each agreed milestone, plus a point of contact you can reach directly with questions throughout the build.

Can I use my own architect or plan? +

Yes — bring your own plans and we'll build to them, or we can help you develop a plan during the consultation stage.

What if I already have a contractor I don't fully trust? +

Our project management service lets us supervise an existing contractor on your behalf, verifying progress and reporting back independently.

Which areas do you cover? +

We currently take on projects across the Greater Accra region, with select projects elsewhere in Ghana — mention your location in the form and we'll confirm.
